It has already been a year since May 24th of last year, the day we officially moved in after finishing the remodeling. For over six months, I spent time adapting to and filling the new home and lifestyle, constantly worrying about what else to buy whenever I saw an empty space. However, before I knew it, traces of my choices and the passage of time have accumulated, and now I’ve reached a point where nothing really comes to mind. (Of course, the things I really want are difficult to find due to the price...) I’ve also finished the housewarming party that felt like homework, and as the initial excitement faded, I started taking fewer photos. Expecting excitement, pouring a lot of time into it, and gradually getting used to it—that means my relationship with this home has reached a certain level of stability. On the other hand, if I don't look at it deeply, it can feel like boredom or ennui. Today, I wanted to capture a more natural look at the home, even if it wasn't quite to my liking. Since Instagram started automatically adjusting the exposure on phone photos taken in natural light, I now process them using editing tools before uploading; this makes me censor them more and puts more effort into the process. While putting in more effort might sometimes yield better results, right now I’m practicing living with a "so what?" or "just do it roughly" mindset. #TodaysHome #소라의오늘 #TodaysHome #스페셜크리에이터 #TodaysHomeCreator
