#쫄면 #삼겹살구이 Today is jjolmyeon and grilled pork belly. I made the jjolmyeon using a ready-made pouch, and I considered adding carrots to the vegetables but decided against it. I prepared the vegetables first, boiled the eggs, and cooked the noodles last. Today, I tried soaking the boiled eggs in cold water for about ten minutes, following a comment that suggested doing so. It wasn't perfect, but I succeeded to some extent. From now on, I plan to soak them for just ten minutes before peeling.
