One wall in my living room keeps bothering me. It feels empty if I leave it blank, but hanging something on it isn't easy to find something I really like. I tried hanging a mirror, but it made the space look heavier and awkward than I expected, so I ended up returning it. Posters feel a bit cliché, and I just can't seem to find a painting that I like. I've thought about painting it myself, but I can't quite muster the courage to do that. Lately, I've been considering hanging fabric or blinds, but on the other hand, I wonder if just leaving the blank space as it is might be okay. Strangely, however, whenever I see an empty space, I just keep wanting to fill it with something.
