There are several lights in the living room, but I have a favorite one. It is a light I received as a gift on Carrot Market, and perhaps because I refurbished it myself to suit my taste, I feel a special affection for it. I also love that the brightness is soft yet sufficient, naturally illuminating the surrounding decor and the atmosphere of the space. That is why, on rainy days or evenings after sunset, I tend to keep this light on longer than the ceiling light. It isn't a particularly expensive or perfect light, but being under this light makes me feel inexplicably at ease.
