This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. When summer begins, my biggest concern is the humidity during the rainy season, so I’ve been managing with just the dehumidifying function on my air conditioner. However, as the rainy season dragged on, I realized there was a limit to how evenly the humidity could be controlled throughout the entire house using only the air conditioner. The area with the air conditioner would be fine... but other places would still feel damp and musty, and the bedding would remain damp. Since the problem wasn't completely resolved, I kept debating every year whether or not to buy a dehumidifier 😂 With the weather getting hotter these days, the air inside the house has started to feel stuffy, so I decided to get a dehumidifier this time. Especially on rainy days like these, laundry doesn't dry well and even the bedding gets damp, so I realized it would be truly necessary in the summer. This is the Cuckoo 5.5L Mini Dehumidifier 🫧 It has a white tone and a clean, minimalist design. I liked that it fits well wherever I place it in the house and doesn't really detract from the interior decor 🤍 With a slim width of 20cm that fits right into furniture gaps, it maximizes space utilization. Its small size makes it perfect for studios, bedrooms, or dressing rooms, and the wheels make it really convenient to move around. It can dehumidify up to 5.5L per day, and the 2L water tank capacity means I don't have to empty it often, which was convenient. Also, since it allows for a continuous drainage hose connection, I didn't feel burdened leaving it on for long periods. When I turn it on on rainy days, the air definitely feels a bit lighter. When I use it at the same time as drying laundry, it reduces musty smells and dries much better, so I am very satisfied with it ☔️ I enjoy growing plants, so I tend to have a lot of potted plants in the living room. However, during the rainy season, if the humidity is too high, the condition of the leaves actually deteriorates. But since using the dehumidifier, the indoor environment has become much more pleasant, so I liked that it felt quite helpful for plant care as well 🙂 I also liked that it has an internal drying function, allowing for neat maintenance after use.
