#나다운공간 My favorite home café zone in my house, which I visit every weekend ☕️ I recently bought a coffee machine for the first time and have been trying out various things, but I didn't realize how difficult it is to get that thick, creamy crema. After trying several times, I found that the most important thing is: 1. The freshness of the beans! Even with the same settings, if the beans are old, the crema doesn't form well..😳 2. Next is the grinder! At first, I just used a small electric grinder that looked like a cylinder, but grinding the beans and putting them back into the basket was too much of a hassle, and I couldn't adjust the grind size, so I got rid of it and bought the same Orté electric grinder. I'm completely satisfied! 👍🏻 Once you have these two items set up, you can enjoy a home café experience by adjusting the grind size and brewing time according to your preference.
