The Fissler Pure Collection Stew Pot I recently acquired is an item that brings me joy every time I look at it! What more can I say about the design? Thanks to its clean and modern appearance, simply placing it on the induction cooktop brightens up the entire kitchen and serves perfectly as a luxurious decorative object. I tried making chewy octopus rice in this pot this time, and I instantly understood why everyone praises Fissler's technology! Made in Germany and made of premium stainless steel (18-10), you can cook with peace of mind without worrying about harmful substances even at high temperatures. Most importantly, the triple-layered bottom ensures the heat spreads evenly. Even though it is a delicate dish like rice, nothing stuck to the bottom at all, and the rice grains turned out perfectly plump in a short amount of time. 🥰 What I particularly loved was the transparent glass lid! Since I can visually monitor the cooking process without having to open the lid frequently, it was incredibly convenient when letting food simmer or adjusting the heat. I think even cooking beginners can effortlessly whip up stylish dishes without fail. ✨ The handle is ergonomically designed for a stable grip, and it heats up less during cooking, making it safe to use. Furthermore, despite its sturdy and substantial appearance, it is lighter than expected, so it doesn't strain my wrists when cooking or cleaning, which is why I find myself reaching for it often. As a pot that completes a beautiful kitchen interior while definitely upgrading the taste of your food, I highly recommend it as a must-have item for anyone looking for a minimalist yet high-quality stainless steel pot!
