A Small Hobby Recorded with Just a Pen ✏️🤍 My current obsession is pen drawing. At first, I wondered, "Can I really draw this?" But once I actually started, I found that the process of slowly observing and recording was more enjoyable than drawing well. In particular, Drawing Friends offers a diverse range of classes, from pen drawing to urban sketching and emotional record drawing, so even beginners could start without feeling overwhelmed. True to a drawing class with over 6,000 students, the curriculum is well-structured to allow you to focus on the joy of recording. As I draw croissants and coffee, building up lines one by one, my cluttered thoughts gradually become clearer, and I find time to fully concentrate on the drawing. Just as Drawing Friends says, I felt that drawing is closer to the "process of recording myself" than simply a skill to draw well. Thinking about it, everything I like eventually becomes a record, and it seems to become new material and subject matter for writing. After all, the photos I post on my blog, the home decorating, the delicious food, and even a single drawing like this are all my own records. Surprisingly, as I pick up a pen and trace line by line, my cluttered mind calms down, and I feel as though my busy day is slowing down for a moment. A cup of coffee, my favorite music, and a sheet of paper.
