When you open the front door, you realize it was an apartment originally structured with two small rooms. However, this house was in a "minus option" state! It only had load-bearing walls, so we had to build the rooms ourselves. If the space would eventually just be filled with a computer and bookshelves even if we created rooms, is there really a need to divide it with walls...? So, we decided not to build any walls other than the load-bearing ones!
