A trip to Seoul last weekend. The May Special Class prepared by Today's House: 〈A Table of Peace: What I Eat Is Who I Am〉 The vegetable sushi, made with care using good soy sauce and fresh ingredients, was excellent in taste alone, but the message that what I eat ultimately shapes who I am today was particularly impressive.
