Last weekend, I attended the Today's House Special Creator Offline Class. I went thinking it was simply a cooking class, but I returned having learned much more about my attitude toward life than about food itself. Held under the theme "You Are What You Eat," this class made me look once again at ingredients and sensations that I usually took for granted. While there was the process of making and tasting vegetable sushi, the conversation about what to eat and how to live left a longer lasting impression. During my days living alone as a college student, there was a time when I made do with instant food and delivery meals. After experiencing a complete change in my constitution overnight, I gradually realized that what I eat ultimately makes me who I am, and I began to put this into practice. Perhaps that is why this class resonated with me so deeply. "Only when I am happy and healthy can I share with others." These were the words of Instructor Moon Sung-hee that kept coming back to me on my way home. I had always thought about living a happy and healthy life, but I hadn't considered that this could ultimately extend to others. From now on, I want to live a healthier and more joyful life, and become someone who can share more of what I have with others. #TodaysHouse #SpecialCreator #TodaysHouseCreator #SpecialClass #PeacefulTable
