This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. When I was wondering what to eat because I had no appetite due to the hot weather, I decided to make Spam Soft Tofu Stew using a recipe by Ryu Soo-young, whom I trust and enjoy :) It has a spicy kick and a savory umami flavor that clings to your palate; the moment you take a spoonful, it makes you crave rice. It’s a perfect "rice thief" dish to eat when you have no appetite. As expected, Ryu Soo-young’s recipes are famous for a reason. My daughter tried it and said it was so delicious, unlike usual, and ate two bowls of rice. I think it tasted especially good because I used a Fissler pot. 🫶🏻 The pot I used this time is a Fissler pot. It features a triple-layered bottom with Fissler's unique technology, so the heat conductivity is excellent. The ingredients boil relatively quickly after adding them, and the heat is distributed evenly, which was very satisfying when cooking soup dishes. I found that heat conductivity is particularly important when cooking! Made of premium German stainless steel, it is great for long-term use, and the glass lid was convenient because I could check the cooking status immediately.
