This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. Lately, as I’ve been cooking vegetable dishes at home more often, I naturally found myself looking for a pot that I would reach for frequently 🤍 This time, I tried making Caponata by sautéing eggplant and various vegetables using the Fissler Pure Collection Glass Casserole 20cm, and I was satisfied because it was more versatile than I expected. Not only does it have a clean design, but the cooking process itself is also convenient, so I think I will be using it often as my daily pot! :) ➰ Design & Size The Fissler Pure Collection Glass features a sleek stainless steel design that blends naturally with the kitchen atmosphere. It has a subtly luxurious feel, so even when placed directly on the table after cooking, it creates a neat and polished look. With its 20cm size and moderate height, it is ideal for households of 1 to 2 people. It is a size that can be used without hesitation for dishes like Caponata where vegetables are sautéed and simmered, soups, and even simple reheating. :) ➰ User Experience & Technology What I was most satisfied with while making Caponata this time was how quickly the heat rose. Since this dish requires stir-frying eggplant, tomatoes, and various vegetables in sequence, heat transfer is crucial. Perhaps thanks to the triple-layered bottom featuring Fissler's unique technology, the heat conductivity was excellent, allowing the ingredients to cook quickly and making the cooking process feel much more comfortable. I was very satisfied because the vegetables were stir-fried gently, bringing out their texture and flavor! :) ➰ Material & Details Made from premium German stainless steel, the overall finish felt sturdy and stable. The included glass lid was also very practical. Being able to check the contents without opening the lid while simmering the Caponata made the cooking process much more convenient, and I liked being able to naturally monitor the condition of the food. :) ➰ Daily Versatility It was a pot with a wide range of uses.
