#나를가장잘보여주는공간 #거실 #ftc23기 The space that shows me best, Part 2 It's the living room. 🌿 When we moved this time, we moved the TV into the bedroom. Although even that is unplugged 😂 As a mom, I tend to be mindful of media control. Since my family, including myself, habitually turns on the TV, I realized it wouldn't work to keep it in the living room. So I made it uncomfortable to watch TV, haha. At first, I placed two Billy TVs side by side on the living room wall, but one side gradually filled up with my child's display toys, making the living room look too messy ㅠㅠ So I installed a glass door to move it into the child's room, and instead, I took out the child's toy storage unit and am using it like a full-wall bookshelf. Since I displayed books on book stands, they definitely stand out, and the time spent reading on their own has increased, and they even sit at the dining table by themselves and do origami. Life with a 7-year-old—even though I may have let go of and compromised on many things of my own, looking back, I think this will be the time I miss the most. ☺️ Today, too, I continue to build memories with my child in our warm and cozy home. 🤍👦🏻
