Did everyone have a good Sunday today, with such beautiful weather? For lunch, I made a pasta salad using animal-shaped pasta noodles. I heard the noodles were made using lentil powder, pea powder, and whole rice flour. Perhaps that is why they taste so nutty. If you look closely, you can even see a rabbit and a turtle!
