There are more times than you might think when it's a hassle to take out a large cutting board. Whether it's just cutting a piece of fruit or simply preparing a few ingredients, taking out a big cutting board every time is actually quite a hassle. So these days, I keep a small apple cutting board standing up in a corner of the kitchen and take it out to use whenever I need it 🍎 It's not a burden to cut just one or two pieces of fruit, and it's easy to maintain since I just need to wash and dry it after use.
