The item I use the most in my kitchen these days is... It's the Haru-ui Gonggan antibacterial silicone cutting board set ๐Ÿค When I used to use wooden cutting boards, I was always worried about knife marks and staining, but since switching to this one, those concerns have drastically decreased. It is much more hygienic and convenient to use because I can separate the boards for vegetables, meat, and seafood. Above all, I loved that I can use it with peace of mind because it is made of Platinum Silicone, which is used in medical and infant grades.
