Since I already have a nature observation book, I had been holding back on buying "Our Nature" even though it was tempting, but it was definitely different! From interactive board books, to Velcro playbooks that can be unfolded, glued, and peeled, and even realistic photos of animals, plants, and trees, they are designed to encourage children to touch and interact with the content directly. The quality of the photos is particularly good, so the recognition of animals and plants feels much clearer. There is also content linked to the school curriculum, so it creates a flow that is great for naturally learning before school starts. Ultimately, children only read books if they are willing to reach for them, and this set really hits that point. Since there are many flap elements in both the board and paper books, it is also an advantage that you can interpret the content differently each time, even if you read the same book multiple times. These are the books that my 19-month-old second child and 6-year-old first child reach for most often.
