I recently had a pot-cooked rice dish at my apartment lounge and fell in love with it, so I bought a cast iron pot. I found the prices of famous brands like Starve, which are over 200,000 won, a bit steep, but I’m planning to start with a Casamia cast iron pot that features both design and functionality in the 50,000 won range. Since the pot alone allows for both cooking and plating, I think I can keep the food warm for a little longer and enjoy it even more.
