#오늘의우리집 Chang-eok Tteok is super hot these days, you know! But it keeps selling out everywhere I buy it. I wondered if there were any substitutes, so I looked around and found that several brands are releasing Pumpkin Injeolmi. So I bought one on Coupang and tried them to compare, but as expected, Chang-eok Tteok is the tastiest.. 🩵 The substitutes... how should I put it? They don't have that chewy texture like glutinous rice; they feel more like moist Baekseolgi, and they lack castella powder.
