#콘수프기록집 #오늘의우리집 1 The health checkup results arrived on Monday, and overall, it seems okay! Although there was an item telling me to get a follow-up checkup in a year, Wait, but why did my height decrease?! I feel so wronged 🥲 Still, I guess parenting is a form of exercise. My InBody results are better than they were two years ago. My weight is the same, but my muscle mass has increased and my body fat has decreased. Hahaha, thank you, little ones ❤️ Yesterday, I went to Ten Percent because I wanted to have a grain latte, but I couldn't find it, so I bought a signature latte instead. For some reason, I get self-conscious when someone is standing behind me, so I end up fumbling around. Hehe, I'm definitely going to find the grain latte next time. The photos are a mix of yesterday's home and today's home. The little ones woke up at 5 AM... ha... And it's not even 8:30 yet!
