It’s a relaxing morning after early voting. I went to the early morning service and planned to take a nap, but the morning sunlight was so bright that I tossed and turned and ended up getting up. 🥲 I really love madeleines. Madeleines with coffee... it’s so healing. The pastor made them for me personally. Every time I eat one, I find myself saying "Ah... it’s so delicious" at least ten times. I’ve tasted quite a few delicious madeleines before, but this was truly the best madeleine of my life.
