#거실확장인테리어 I chose this house solely based on the extended layout, but I hadn't considered the insulation issue. Since it is in the 20-pyeong range, I looked for houses with extended layouts because having a balcony would make the space feel too small. However, while preparing for the interior renovation, I discovered traces that looked like mold inside the living room curtain box. At first, I thought it was just simple staining, but upon checking, it turned out to be an insulation problem. The study wall was in the same situation. The contractor inspected it and found that the foam insulation around the living room window was insufficient at the time of completion, so we reinforced it by adding more foam. For the study, we carried out additional insulation work on the side wall. Honestly, this kind of construction doesn't bring visible changes like tiles or lighting😅 But living here, I realize that the invisible work is much more important. Since the reinforcement, we have been using both the living room and the study without any issues.
