Since the living room is spacious, I used a sofa to separate the space and placed the bed there. I used to use a queen size, but while I was changing the mattress, I upgraded the size to a super king (large king in terms of sleeping density). As someone with back problems, the medium-hard level—not too soft—is perfect for me. For the frame, I looked into steel instead of solid wood due to concerns about warping.
