I rarely order takeout at home, so I usually cook everything at home except when eating out. Whenever I make spicy red-sauce dishes, I feel like I’ve become a grown-up in particular. The spicy red-sauce dish I’ve been making most often lately is stir-fried squid. Instead of the hassle of cleaning the squid yourself, try searching for "cleaned squid strips" on Kurly. I’ve been making this really often since I discovered it! I highly recommend it because it’s quick to finish once you have the green onions, garlic, and onions chopped and the sauce prepared. 1. Drizzle 4 large swirls of oil and 1 swirl of sesame oil. 2. Sauté minced garlic in the oil. 3. Add the cleaned squid and stir-fry (one 300g bag of Kurly cleaned squid strips). 4. Add green onions and the seasoning sauce and stir-fry. 5. Cook over high heat to evaporate moisture, then add onions at the end and stir-fry vigorously. 6. Enjoy! Squid Stir-fry Seasoning Sauce : Red pepper powder 3, sugar 3, soy sauce 4, gochujang 1 If you like spicy food, add green onions and chili peppers in step 4 as well. We were planning to make Osam Bulgogi, so we quickly stir-fried beef brisket and Korean chili peppers to serve alongside it, but I don't think we can do this anymore; we'll have to make it again tomorrow. #TodaysHouseCreator #TodaysHouse #SpecialCreator
