A quiet home cafe time enjoyed with peace of mind for the first time in a while. Whenever I suddenly crave a sweet dessert, I enjoyed it with Paris Baguette's Blue Label Low-Sugar Fermented Butter Roll Cake, which is great to eat without worrying about blood sugar or diabetes :-) It is truly reassuring that the sugar has been completely removed, yet it is just as moist as a regular roll cake, and the flavor of the fermented butter is very rich. If you dip it slightly in cold milk, the cream melts smoothly, making it a truly perfect small but certain happiness.
