I tend to agonize over things a lot when I make a purchase. I wonder if I can really use it well, if I can maintain it properly, and if it is simple yet versatile. I deliberated a lot before even buying the Vermicular cast iron frying pan. I bought a cast iron pan before, but I rarely used it because it was too heavy. It was time to replace my frying pan, so I took a gamble. It was lighter than I expected, and it wasn't too difficult to use. It is a secret that I still fail at frying eggs. I really cherish my Maruyama dishcloths. Because they are pretty. They are pretty, and they have a nice texture in my hand. Actually, the cutting board showed quite a bit of wear, so I was a bit hesitant to post it, but I decided to post it because it is easy to maintain. I even set up sushi on this cutting board to eat. Since a sushi killer lives in our house, setting it up here looks quite impressive.
