Tomatoes picked from the field 🍅 Eggplant 🍆, Onion 🧅, Garlic 🧄, Tomato Puree 🥫 Made a tomato sauce with plenty of ingredients, and topped with cheese and basil, then baked a pizza on a tortilla 🍕 As it gets hotter, after doing a rush of kitchen and housework, I just lie down on the floor lol Lying on the cool floor and gazing at the pristine, white ceiling, it feels like my eyes are refreshed too! Recharged~~ hehehe When tomato season comes, I pick fresh tomatoes from my in-laws' tomato field :) The taste of eating freshly picked, fully ripened tomatoes is something else ❤️ Definitely different in nutrition and taste compared to tomatoes that are distributed green and turn red through post-harvest ripening!!
