Dutch Baby Pancakes🥘 Radiant colors, fragrant and sweet Ruby Red Kiwi💖 Made German-style Dutch Baby pancakes for the first time in a while Warm, refreshing, and sweet with a cold filter coffee🤍 🔖 120g milk, 15g sugar, 2 eggs, a pinch of salt, 70g flour (I usually use cake flour, but the type of flour doesn't matter much) Mix the liquids first, then sift the flour and mix, and sift it one more time. Place the baby wok in a preheated oven at 210 degrees and heat for 5 minutes. Melt the butter in the hot baby wok, pour in the batter, and bake at 210 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Time may vary depending on the oven, so check that the batter has risen and is rising like a volcano when you take it out of the oven. Set with the prepared fruit and Greek yogurt, sprinkle with powdered sugar. I used kumquat jam instead, but if you drizzle with maple syrup...
