Roasted Mini Bell Peppers A delicious dish after a long time 💛 I bought some mini bell peppers, and since eating them raw felt a bit lacking, I tried roasting them. The umami flavor exploded, so I wanted to share this recipe! 1. Wash 300g of mini bell peppers. 2. Make the marinade (30g olive oil, 30g balsamic vinegar, 5g salt) and mix well with the bell peppers. 3. Bake in an air fryer at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes (the original recipe calls for an oven at 220 degrees). 4. Sprinkle 10g of herbs over them (I didn't have fresh herbs, so I sprinkled parsley powder instead). 5. It tastes delicious after letting it sit at room temperature for 3 hours.
