The renovation work I chose as worth every penny for my home is: **1st Place: Recessed Ceiling** Older apartments tend to have lower ceiling heights than new ones, which made it feel a bit cramped. I really wanted to install a ceiling fan. Although flat ceilings are the trend these days, after much deliberation, I decided on a recessed ceiling, and I am extremely satisfied with the result. The house looks much more spacious, and the ceiling fan doesn't look out of place at all. Also, I heard that having the fan mounted high up is much more functional. Don't just follow trends; if you live in an older apartment, I highly recommend a recessed ceiling! **2nd Place: Moldless Flooring** Going moldless in the living room was a stroke of genius!! I think the moldless design is what made this old apartment with its somewhat outdated structure look trendy. Of course, I installed molding in the bedrooms due to cost, but I recommend going moldless at least for the living room! I think I made a really good choice. Third choice: Middle Door - I referenced Today's House extensively to find the style I liked best, personally selected the size, and commissioned a carpenter to do the work. The result turned out so well that it is one of the renovation projects I am most satisfied with. The entrance is like the face of our home, and a spacious and airy middle door was the perfect finishing touch to compensate for the downsides of an older apartment! #CornSoupRecords #돈아깝지않은시공 #우물천장 #실링팬 #거실인테리어 #거실확장 #구축인테리어 #구축아파트
