An old-style apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 32 pyeong. When I moved into this house in 2012, I had the living room balcony and the balcony next to the kitchen expanded before moving in. It has already been 14 years since I moved in, and things that need fixing are starting to appear one by one. I agonized a lot over whether to expand the living room due to insulation concerns, but I decided to go ahead with the expansion because I wanted to use the living room space—where I spend a lot of time—more spaciously. I think I paid special attention to the window frames. Although I couldn't create a perfect rectangular structure due to the load-bearing wall, I actually liked that the space created by the wall allowed me to hide things I didn't want to be seen.
