The second kitchen item I’d like to introduce is the one that creates the time I love in the kitchen. The first is the built-in Smeg Classic Oven. From gambas to roasted chestnuts, cheesecake, and cookies, I use it more often than I expected for everything from cooking to desserts 👍🏻 We do all our cooking with just the oven at home without an air fryer, and I’m so satisfied!! The second is home cafe supplies. I tried various coffee bean storage containers in the home cafe zone, but since coffee beans are sensitive to light and air, the storage method is important. So I settled on the Airscape container, which blocks light and is airtight. It is the item I use the most for storing coffee beans 🤍 And additionally, I recommend some home cafe tools! Since I brew coffee frequently, small tools like tampers and distributors are very important to me 👍🏻 They make the process of arranging and pressing the beans evenly easier, so they are items that help make my home café routine a bit more stable ☕️ The third item is the Bamix hand blender. Lately, I have been occasionally drinking butter coffee with added MCT oil for my health, and I use the blender to ensure the coffee and butter mix well. It is much easier to drink when I gently emulsify it with the hand blender, so I use it often 🤍 To me, the kitchen is less of a space for simply preparing meals and more of a place to brew coffee, make desserts, and build moments I love.
