Thinking I should be diligent today, I went to the gym this morning, I went to No Brand and snagged some slab coffee for 5,000 won and portioned it out, I did a deep cleaning of the bathroom, and did some quick filming. Just moving around a little bit like that makes me feel groggy and sleepy. I tell myself I should go to bed early today, but I’ll probably end up staying up late again, right?😅 ⠀ So, I’m relying on caffeine again today. ⠀ When I drink hot coffee, I like beans that are heavy and nutty, and when I drink iced coffee, I like beans that are light and have a slight acidity. ⠀ The Marchesa beans I bought this time are Colombia Supremo and Ethiopia Yirgacheffe🤎 Marchesa is actually pretty good at drip bags, too. From whole beans to drip bags and espresso concentrate! Smelling the aroma while opening a new bag of beans really makes me feel good. After taking a long, refreshing gulp, I finally feel a bit more alert.
