#오늘의우리집 Since the weather is so hot these days, I find myself craving noodle dishes more than rice. These days, I find myself boiling noodles and making all sorts of dishes for one meal whenever I happen to do it haha. Today, I tried making my absolute favorite, Perilla Oil Buckwheat Noodles :) I boiled the noodles and rinsed them in cold water, made the sauce by mixing tsuyu, soy sauce, allulose, white balsamic vinegar, and perilla oil, finely chopped cucumber, green onion, and perilla leaves, placed them in a bowl with egg, dried seaweed flakes, and whole sesame seeds, and drizzled the sauce over it~~ It tastes like heaven!! I also bought some sausages because they were cheap while grocery shopping, so I made stir-fried sausage and vegetables for the first time in a while haha.
