The kimchi stew I cooked today was delicious, but since I just whipped it up quickly to eat, I don't have a photo. So, I'm posting a picture of another meal and leaving the kimchi stew recipe here instead 🫪 #PorkKimchiStewRecipe 1️⃣ Cut the pork neck and stir-fry it lightly in oil. 2️⃣ Add red chili powder to make chili oil. 3️⃣ Add soy sauce and oligosaccharide and stir-fry a bit more, then add the sliced onions. 4️⃣ Lightly rinse the aged kimchi and add it. 5️⃣ Add enough water to just cover the ingredients and bring to a boil. 6️⃣ If the seasoning is lacking, add a little tuna fish sauce.
