It is a method of filling in the gaps in the space—based on the surrounding colors—with the colors and atmosphere of the frames! In the living room, white wallpaper and light walnut colors make up the majority, so I used gold-bordered frames or paintings with vibrant☀️ colors to add accents to an atmosphere that could otherwise have been monotonous. In the study, instead of large frames, I matched small black-bordered frames with black and white posters to add a calm and focused atmosphere.😌 In the master bedroom, I placed a frame depicting a riverside landscape at sunset above the piano to create a space where one can feel comfortable and relaxed. It’s not exactly know-how, but I’d like to share the things I struggled with while decorating my home. 🤗🤗🩵🩵
