#돈아깝지않은시공 #30년구축리모델링 It’s been a year since we moved in after the interior renovation. Honestly, I love every corner of my house, but I’d like to introduce just two of the things I like the most! The ones that were definitely worth the money. 🤗 📍 Low Shoe Cabinet Installation in the Entryway I was only planning to install a floating shoe cabinet, but since the entryway in this building is narrow, I wanted to create some space to simply place my car keys or personal belongings! While you can create storage space in the middle of a shoe cabinet, that reduces the actual shoe storage area. So, I installed a low shoe cabinet on the opposite side using the same floating method, and I’m using the top like a shelf, and I’m extremely satisfied! It’s great for placing personal items! Great for placing air fresheners! And convenient for placing packages right away when they arrive so I can take them out immediately! 📍Bathroom Masonry Partition and Kerapoxy Even though it's a small bathroom, I don't like water splashing everywhere, so I wanted to install a partition. However, if I made the whole thing out of glass, the area below the partition would always be foggy.🥲 This is especially true in Bundang because the tap water has a lot of limescale. So, to keep the dirt out of view up to waist height, I built a masonry partition, and only the top part was made of glass to create a sense of openness! Since it's a small bathroom, I installed a mini sink, but it actually looks cuter, so I'm extremely satisfied! Thanks to this, cleaning the partition glass has become much easier! And the Kerapoxy installation was truly a stroke of genius!! The combination of Kerapoxy and Hugent is a real lifesaver; it prevents mold growth and extends the bathroom cleaning cycle! Highly recommended!!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Besides this, actually... the kitchen island that everyone else said was bad is also one of the installations I really love!! Relocating and expanding the laundry room plumbing is one of the renovation projects I am absolutely thrilled about! It has already been a year since we moved into this home, which I have lived in with such love!
