I'm a bread lover, so I prefer bread to rice cakes, but among rice cakes, I really like yakbap 😁. Whenever I buy it from a shop, the taste is always different—it's either too sweet or doesn't suit my palate—so I decided to make it myself. I used nuts I had at home and just bought dried dates to make it.
