Fulfilling my dream of a country house 🏠 I felt like I really couldn't put it off any longer, so I tried making Viola Pasta 🍝 I saw it on Ari's feed and I’ve been meaning to try making it for a while I went out to the yard to pick arugula, but seeing the viola wasn't quite what it used to be I immediately changed my menu from cold salad pasta! (The noodles were already boiling, so they were angel hair!) I just added arugula and viola to Aglio Olio! Actually, I thought it was just a pretty pasta dish, but it has a subtle flavor and a hint of acacia scent. The aroma isn't too strong, so it's not off-putting I think I'll be making this every spring now! I've been trying out a little bit of cooking lately And my mom finds it fascinating that I cook side dishes and soup like a "Kim Daegam" (a nickname for a wealthy family) and she seems fascinated by me making pasta like this too.
