I took one bite of this and made eye contact with my husband at the same time...😳 For those who love ube, this is a must-have Hayfield Ube Basque Cheesecake 🧀 The outside has the rich flavor characteristic of Basque cheese, and the inside has a dense yet moist texture, but with the subtle sweetness of ube added, it wasn't overwhelming at all, contrary to what I expected. The purple cross-section is pretty, but it is a cheesecake where the taste is what remains in my memory first 💜 You can enjoy it dense when eaten refrigerated, or soft and rich when left at room temperature for a while, so it was fun to eat it according to your preference.
