๐ (Record-breaking weight loss!) Try emptying your refrigerator and pantry down to the very bottom every once in a while. With a comprehensive health checkup scheduled for this week and a power outage forecast for my apartment tomorrow, I am clearing out all my ingredients. Today, Iโd like to introduce the refrigerator and mini pantry that I emptied out more than ever before. ๐Refrigerator and Mini Pantry 1. Top refrigerator, bottom freezer. 2. Refrigerator compartment: Essentials like eggs and kimchi, plus beef and cheese for today. 3. Freezer: Store items on one side to collect cold air. 4. A small amount of portioned ingredients. 5. Fruit and avocados in the room temperature compartment. 6. Empty space in the pantry as well. 7. One 610L refrigerator for a family of three. โญ๏ธ Meal plan centered on fresh, seasonal ingredients. Since even the regular power is off tomorrow, I turned off the air conditioner circuit breaker. I emptied the refrigerator and pantry even more because of the special circumstances, but it was actually easy since there is usually plenty of empty space anyway. You ask what I eat? I had curry rice by myself for lunch, and Iโve prepared steak and soybean paste stew for dinner. The answer to kitchen ingredients is to empty them out!
