The Taste of Summer 💛 A refreshing summer salad made with sweet Korean melons I actually made and ate this all summer long last year, too :) It’s simple to make and looks so pretty, making it perfect for entertaining guests! I’m sharing a recipe that captures the full charm of the seasonal fruit, the Korean melon, which you can enjoy deliciously all summer long. Korean Melon Salad Recipe 🧑🏻‍🍳 ✔️Dressing • 3 tablespoons olive oil • 1 tablespoon lemon juice • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar • 0.5-1 tablespoon honey or allulose • Juice from the Korean melon placenta ✔️Instructions 1️⃣ Wash one Korean melon thoroughly, cut it in half, and remove the seeds (using a Som Tum slicer is recommended!). 2️⃣ Squeeze out the juice from the seed area (placenta) and collect it separately. 3️⃣ Slice the Korean melon thinly and arrange it nicely on a plate! 4️⃣ Add olive oil, lemon juice, honey (or allulose), and white balsamic vinegar to the reserved Korean melon juice and mix well to make the dressing. 5️⃣ Pour the dressing evenly over the Korean melon. 6️⃣ Tear up some dill leaves, sprinkle with pink pepper and black pepper to finish, and you're done! ✔️Tips for Enjoying • Using olive oil with a spicy flavor makes it fresher and tastier. • If you pour the dressing 10 minutes before eating, the melon will absorb a slight flavor, making it even more delicious. • It makes a great brunch menu item when served with bread and ricotta or burrata cheese. - #KoreanMelonSalad #OurHomeToday #HomeToday #SpecialCreator #HomeTodayCreator #CornSoupRecord #KoreanMelonSalad #Plating #Dishware #Housewarming #OnTheTable #WhatToEatForNewlyweds #OHomStaurant #HomeBrunch #HomeCafe #FollowForFollow
