#돈아깝지않은시공 Just Do These 4 Things When Moving into a New Home (1/2) 🏠 Our home is a brand-new building that we moved into less than two years ago. We only selected the air conditioner, induction cooktop, and balcony extension as pre-sale options, and everything else was exactly stock. I felt like it was unnecessary to go all out with interior design for a brand-new home 😂 So, I decided to decorate the house with minimal construction. Today, I’ll introduce two of those first 👇 1️⃣ Refrigerator Cabinet Refurbishment I contacted an interior design company first, but ran away after seeing the quote 😅 If you find a company specializing in refrigerator cabinet refurbishment separately, it will save you over 1 million won. 💡 If you are about to move in, it is best to look for group purchases through your apartment group chat or the complex's Naver Cafe. You can get it done much cheaper than the market rate. The key is to prepare after the pre-inspection is complete — don't look into it too early! I met with the contractor during the pre-inspection, and the construction was already completed by the time I moved in, about a month later. Since I moved in early and had the work done first, the contractors were extra meticulous, asking me to leave a good review 😄 I even set up a home bar, so I brew coffee here every day ☕ 2️⃣ The more drawers, the better They build kitchen-fit cabinets for the refrigerator, but why don't they build oven cabinets? I had the oven cabinet custom-made in the same way and added drawers to the remaining space. For just a small extra fee, the same company will refurbish it for me. These two renovations alone relieved the burden of kitchen storage, even though my apartment is a small 25-pyeong space 😊 The remaining two renovations, which had an even greater impact, will be in the next post 👉 #NewApartment #입주시공 #냉장고장리폼 #오븐장시공 NewConstructionInterior Homestagram KitchenInterior FTC25th
