#오늘의우리집 #CornSoupRecord Let's go to Mexico. I really want to leave, but since reality doesn't allow it, I tried to get into the travel mood with Mexican food in the attic on a weekend evening. I neatly took out the vegetables that were nearing their expiration date in the refrigerator, as well as frozen shrimp and leftover minced pork from making fried rice, and made quesadillas. I like Mexican food, but when I buy it outside, I can't eat as much salsa and sour cream as I want. The best thing about making it at home is that you can eat unlimited sour cream. The toppings burst out between the crispy tortillas.
