Today is a Carrot Rappe Sandwich...🥕🥖 I put ham on top of the carrot rappe because I was worried about spilling it while eating. It feels a bit like a "peek-a-boo" moment, but... it's really delicious! I'm a carrot hater, so I never even looked at carrot rappe before. I tried slicing it with a mandoline slicer, but it didn't work, so I just shredded it with a knife. It's a bit thick, but it doesn't taste too much like carrots and is nice and crunchy.
