Carrots that look like they've been in the refrigerator for quite a while... I steamed them for juice, and used the leftovers to make carrot rappe for sandwiches! Today's lunch, made with basil pesto, carrot rappe, mortadella, burrata oligo, and sprinkled with red pepper and black pepper.
