While there are many elements that make up a home, I believe lighting is the finishing touch to interior design. When I was working on interior projects at my company, I allocated a significant budget to lighting. Since lighting installation is the very last step, if I end up using mediocre fixtures due to a budget shortfall, it feels like putting the wrong finishing touch on a project that was otherwise well-executed. That is why I set aside a separate budget for lighting from the very beginning. Because I was doing a semi-DIY project, I carefully distinguished between when to put extra effort into something and when to keep it simple. The main dining table light and bedroom lights were my long-held dreams, so I bought them well in advance. The TV room light took a long time to select and was installed last. For most of the other items, I utilized IKEA lighting. They have great designs and are excellent value for money. I even frequently bought them at better prices by taking advantage of the discount section. For all lights, you must determine the location and run the wires in advance to ensure a clean installation. These days, you can add smart bulbs later, but I recommend looking at plenty of lighting references in advance! 💡My Home Lighting List • Dining Table Light — Artemide Tolomeo Decentrata • Bedroom Light — muskhane • TV Room — Artemide Gio.Light Decentrata • Budget Light — IKEA Frihult · Virmo #TodaysHome {0 #SpecialCreator} {1 #TodaysHomeCreator} #Artemide {2 #LightingRecommendation} {3 #IKEA} {4 #muskhane} {5 #FeltLighting} #TodaysHome
