Make a paper foil liner in a cast iron oval dish, line it with onions, and add thawed leftover seafood. 2. For the garnish, I cut up parsley, asparagus, and cherry tomatoes and added them. 3. Season with minced garlic, chopped lemon, lemon slices, red pepper, olive oil, salt, and pepper. 4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (30 minutes if potatoes are added; baking time is flexible depending on the oven's condition~^^). 5.
