There have been small changes to my study 📚 My study had turned into a storage room again for a while... but after bringing in an IKEA BILLY bookshelf and adding a colorful, vintage-style rug, the atmosphere feels much richer than I expected 🩷 With just one rug, a natural focal point was created in the space, making the study feel a bit more distinct. Adding color to a previously bland space definitely seems to bring the atmosphere to life :-) I hesitated at first because it features a striped pattern mixing green, pink, and black, but it actually served as a focal point that adds personality to the space. I sometimes look at my phone or spend quiet time here when the baby is sleeping; it is my favorite spot these days. The surface has a smooth texture rather than a fluffy one, so it looks neat, and I get the feeling that it won't attract as much dust or household dirt.
